Our client, a reputable prestige main car dealership in Aylesbury, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their state-of-the-art dealership. * Basic salary of up to £37,000 with uncapped bonuses, leading to an OTE of £44,000+
* 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota

Duties:
* Conducting service checks, diagnostic testing, and vehicle repairs
* Performing vehicle road tests to ensure quality and safety standards
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of manufacturer procedures and guidelines
* Supporting colleagues with technical advice and assistance
* Upholding the professional image of the dealership through high standards of service
* Undertaking additional duties as requested by management, supporting a team-focused environment
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician Position:
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
* Confident and capable of performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
* Ability to provide technical advice and support team members
* Full UK driving licence
* MOT licence and EV qualifications are advantageous but not essential
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
