Aspire People is seeking a Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a school setting in the B93 area. This is an immediate-start role for a professional who can help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers and support staff
Help pupils engage with learning and achieve their potential

Requirements:

Valid Team Teach training
Experience working in schools, SEMH, SEND, or alternative provisions
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
