Field Service Engineer – Power Systems
Location: Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Overtime

The Role:

* Carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, and installation work on critical power equipment at customer sites

* Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues

* Working on standby power systems, control equipment, and associated infrastructure

* Completing inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

* Providing technical support and maintaining accurate service records

Requirements:

* Previous experience working on power generation or related electrical equipment

* Strong electrical fault-finding skills with a good mechanical understanding

* Experience working with control systems and associated electrical panels

* Knowledge of load testing and commissioning procedures

* Familiarity with modern control and monitoring systems

* Relevant electrical qualifications preferred

* Full UK driving licence

* Valid site safety card advantageous
