We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced and growing maintenance company for an experienced Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join their busy operations team in Hamilton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily planning and scheduling of work packages for approximately 30 field-based engineers
Coordinating materials and ensuring engineers have the resources required to complete jobs
Supporting the helpdesk team with customer enquiries and job updates
Monitoring job progress and reallocating workloads where necessary
Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure service delivery targets are achieved
Maintaining accurate scheduling and job recordsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills and experience using scheduling or maintenance management systems
