About the Role

You'll play a key role in the smooth running of a busy site, acting as the central point of contact for tenants, contractors, and service providers while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the building and its facilities
- Serve as the main contact for tenants, contractors, and service partners
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor coordination
- Carry out regular building inspections to identify issues and maintain standards
- Support budgeting, reporting, and operational record‑keeping
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance needs
About You
- Experience in building or facilities management
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety requirements
- Confident managing contractors and overseeing maintenance tasks
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
