Location: East Norfolk/East Suffolk
Salary: £120–£160 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors across a range of primary and secondary schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to step into the classroom and gain valuable teaching experience.

You will deliver pre-set lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure a positive, productive, and inclusive learning environment
Support students with their learning and maintain engagement
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
Adapt to different schools, subjects, and classroom settings

What We’re Looking For

A confident and professional presence in the classroom
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to think on your feet and manage behaviour effectively
A passion for education and supporting young people
Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
A degree or relevant experience (preferred but not essential)
