Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Cwmbran.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development through a mixture of 1:1 support and small group work, helping children to reach their full potential both academically and socially.
Requirements:
A relevant childcare qualification
A minimum of 6 months' experience working or volunteering in a school or similar childcare setting
A passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Delivering targeted interventions and group activities
Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
