We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our client’s reputable main dealer group in Solihull. This Vehicle Technician position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to advance their careers within a well-established and expanding franchise. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive working environment.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £36,000 with a performance-based OTE of £45,000
Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturday morning shifts
25 days of holiday entitlement plus bank holidays

Use advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle issues
Perform repairs and maintenance to the highest standards
Keep detailed records of work carried out in compliance with industry regulations
Clearly communicate test results and repair recommendations to customers
Work collaboratively with the team within the autocentre
Stay updated with industry advances, safety standards, and manufacturer procedures
Uphold the company’s commitment to quality and excellent customer serviceRequirements for the Vehicle Technician Position:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Ideally 1 to 2 years’ practical experience as a Vehicle Technician
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong technical knowledge and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Team player with excellent communication skills
