Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) - Hertfordshire

Salary: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 32-40 hours per week (4 or 5 days per week)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly private nursery team in Hertfordshire.

Requirements

Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised childcare qualification).
Have experience working within an early years setting.
Hold a Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one before starting employment.
A DBS application fee can be refunded after 20 days of successful employment.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children.
Be able to work 32-40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days.

Term-time only applications cannot be accepted.
We are unable to offer sponsorship visas for this role.
Candidates must be available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met.
