Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: £13.25 per hour + Holiday Pay
A well-established training and accessibility provider in St Austell is seeking an organised and professional Administrator to join their team. Successful candidates will support the delivery of assessments and accessibility training, working with both young adults and service users to guide them into appropriate development pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare written assessments for individual cases and recommend tailored training routes for young adults
Professionally manage incoming enquiries via phone and email
Liaise directly with children and young people to support their progression into training programmes
Perform general administrative duties, including accurate data entry and record-keeping
Candidate Requirements:
Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check (covering adult and child barred list) or hold one already
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in training or educational settings
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, trustworthy and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
