Lab Technician

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area who are actively looking to recruit a Lab Technician on a temporary basis.

What you will be doing:

Assist the Senior Chemist and Chemist with developing and manufacturing formulations.
Prepared samples and carried out stability checks.
Supported testing and product trials.
Maintained laboratory equipment and work areas.
Kept accurate records of laboratory work.
Followed GLP and GMP procedures and standards.
Provided feedback on formulation performance.
Assisted with troubleshooting and investigations.
Worked with different teams during product development and transfer.

What you will need to succeed:

Strong attention to detail
Strong IT skills
Good communication
Good teamwork skills
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn
Relevant science degree desirable
Minimum A-Level Science and GCSE Maths & English
Experience working in within a lab is desirable

What you will receive in return:

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
3 months fixed term
£27500 per annum
