Class 1 Driver - Tramping
Location: Hull
Start times: Between 4am & 6am.
Pay Rate: £16.40
Are you looking for a driving role that offers a great work-life balance? Would you enjoy working Monday to Friday with weekends and bank holidays off? Join a prestigious global logistics company as a Class 1 Driver and enjoy the benefits of an ongoing role.
Candidates with significant Class 1 experience are encouraged to apply. However, those with a few months of solid Class 1 driving experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive modern curtain-sided vehicles across the UK.
Deliver timber to builders' merchants, with an average of 4-6 drops per day (sometimes as few as 1-2).
Ensure goods are securely strapped before journeys.
Operate in compliance with FORS Gold level safety standards.Benefits:
Competitive Pay: £18.00 per hour after 8 hours.
Paid Breaks.
Night Out Allowance: £26.20 per night.
28 Paid Days Holiday.
Weekly Pay.Requirements:
Valid LGV C+E Licence.
Up-to-date CPC and DIGI card.
Maximum of 6 points on your licence.
No DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
All drivers must pass an on-site assessment.
4 nights out per week
