We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team on a 12-Month FTC. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys speaking with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Title: Administrator – 12-Month FTC

Location: Kenley

Salary: £26,500

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Benefits: Company Pension, Death in Service, 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays and MORE!

What will you be doing:

* Being the first friendly voice on the phone and first helpful reply in the inbox.

* Processing and checking paperwork to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.

* Keeping customers informed and updated on progress.

* Taking ownership of queries and finding solutions.

* Maintaining databases and ensuring records are spot on.

* Producing and updating spreadsheets.

* Managing post, filing and general office administration.

* Supporting colleagues and helping the wider team stay organised.

The successful candidate will:

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Enjoy providing outstanding customer service.

* Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

* Have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

* Remain calm and professional when things get busy.

* Have excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

* Be proactive, self-motivated and happy working independently or as part of a team.

* Have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

* Be a great listener and an even better message taker.

Bonus Points:

* Previous experience within a service, maintenance, or facilities-related environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
