We’re working with a leading engineering consultancy delivering a major overhead power line extension project in Scotland, and they’re looking to bring in a Senior Civil Engineer with strong Civil 3D modelling capability.

This is a fully remote, Outside IR35 contract on a technically interesting infrastructure scheme.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering highways and drainage design packages to support large-scale infrastructure works, including:

• Civil 3D modelling across highways and infrastructure

• Drainage design (surface)

• Public Road Improvement Schemes (Road Widening, Junction Improvements, Passing Place Design)

• Supporting Section 21 and Section 56 (Scotland) approvals and delivery (Similar to S278 works).

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams on a nationally significant project

What They’re Looking For

• Strong Autodesk Civil 3D modelling experience

• Proven background in highways and infrastructure design

• Experience with obtaining star

• Comfortable working remotely and delivering independently

• Previous involvement in large infrastructure or energy projects is a bonus
