Speech And Language Therapist

Remedy are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This role will involve outreach working, on a 1:1 basis with children with various special needs, communication, speech and language difficulties.

Responsibilities:

* to assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs

* to deliver therapy sessions to improve communication skills

* to provide advice and support to families, carers, and other professionals

* to contribute to the development of service improvements

* to maintain accurate records of children's progress

Requirements:

* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (Degree in SLT, HCPC registration).

* Experience working with children

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Commitment to ongoing professional development
