Brookes Recruitment Group is an established and growing recruitment agency specialising in the Healthcare sector. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team, working with leading care organisations across the West Midlands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client and candidate relationships.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a full 360 recruitment desk, including:
* Winning new business and developing relationships with prospective clients
* Presenting and pitching recruitment services to care organisations
* Negotiating terms of business and managing client contracts
* Sourcing, attracting and placing high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
* Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
* Developing in-depth market knowledge through networking and industry engagement
* Visiting clients to secure new business and strengthen existing partnerships
* Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare or a similar sector
* A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
* Evidence of consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* A confident and professional approach
* Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
* A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed
