Job Title: Creative Director - AI-Native Content creator

Location: London (Hybrid - X3 days a week onsite)

Contract: 3 month (possibility of extension)

We're looking for a Creative Director fluent in AI-powered content creation-someone who combines brand vision, creative leadership, and hands-on use of generative tools.

You'll lead creative direction across campaigns and content, using AI as a creative amplifier to ideate, prototype, and scale high-impact work-without compromising taste, craft, or emotional resonance.

What You'll Do

  • Own creative vision across brand, campaigns, and always-on content
  • Use generative AI visual content hands-on throughout the creative process
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate ideas using AI-enabled workflows
  • Will be a part of multidisciplinary creative team
  • Present creative work clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and drive alignment from idea to delivery

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in creative leadership (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio of brand and campaign work
  • Native fluency with generative AI tools
  • Sharp creative POV, excellent taste, and future-focused mindset
