Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and social development
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
Supervising activities during breaktimes, school trips, and special events
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children
A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Previous experience in a school, childcare, or youth work setting is desirable but not essential
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are advantageous
