Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work across our vibrant organisation.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Duration: Permanent

What You’ll Do:

* Partnering the business area to map out ‘As-is’ and ‘future state’ processes, addressing business problems and identifying areas of improvement

* Produce requirements documentation of what is required to achieve success measures identified for all changes

* Facilitate the solution design with other IT colleagues and external vendors

* Formulate project plans, monitor & report progresses, issues and actions

* Development of rigorous test plans and scripts with users, customers and vendors.

* Carry out end user-training that is required as a result of a normal change request or larger project implementation

* Develop and maintain a network of relationships within business partnering areas to keep informed and up to date on business developments

What You’ll Need:

* Previous experience working in a business analysis or change & improvement function within Housing Management and working across a diverse range of functional areas

* Has good customer service and communication skills (internal and external) demonstrating understanding and support whilst handling/resolving difficult situations or conflict

* Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner whilst monitoring data, identifying trends, problem solving and escalating where needed

* Can manage core systems and balance conflicting priorities to achieve key project milestones, performance indicators, targets and outcomes
