Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - SEN Hub
Location: B92 (willing to travel to surrounding areas)
Pay: £93-£108 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Hub. You will work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, providing one-to-one and small group support, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom and SEN Hub
Delivering tailored learning and support programs
Assisting with behaviour management and fostering positive relationships
Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN
Knowledge of SEN Hub practices and support strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and willing to travel to surrounding areas
