Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
Location: Worcester
Pay Rates: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Shift Patterns: Monday-Thursday, 06:00am-16:00pm
**Full time or part time available - minimum 20 hours**
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical capabilities to join our clients team in Worcester. If you've got experience working on heavy engineering plant machinery and enjoy keeping production running smoothly, this is a role where you'll make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing;
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of heavy industrial machinery.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and implementing effective repairs.
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects.
Ensuring safe working practices and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Working independently during shift hours with support from the wider engineering team.
What We're Looking For:
Electrical qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent (essential).
Strong mechanical maintenance experience.
Proven background in heavy engineering / plant / industrial machinery.
Ability to fault‑find, problem‑solve, and work proactively.
Someone reliable, hands‑on, and comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment.
