Hours: 37.5 per week - Double Day Shift

Week 1: 6am-2pm
Week 2: 2pm-10pmPay Rate: £14.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor weaving looms
Carry out quality checks and accurately record production data
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Support productivity and quality targets
Follow all health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous weaving or sewing experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and safety‑conscious attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Manufacturing experience (beneficial but not essential)
