The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development & plot sales.
Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.

Undertaking Land Registry ApplicationsTo be successful in this role you must have significant conveyancing experience or Plot Sales Paralegal experience.
It is also important that you are a car driver / owner.
