We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school setting in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
Support students with ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Support behaviour management and emotional regulation
Encourage independence, social skills and personal development
Help maintain a safe, positive and structured learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Patient, resilient and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Passion for supporting individuals with additional needs
