Location: Harlow, Essex
Position: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in the Harlow area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs. You will be working with small class sizes, supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, and have access to ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
· Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
· Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
· Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
· Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external professionals
· Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
· Experience working with SEN pupils (desired but not essential)
· Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
· A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
· Commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
· ECTs with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply
