About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Derry/Londonderry. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, consistent food while helping to lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef and the Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations
Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
Requirements
Proven experience as strong Chef de Partie
Passion for fresh, high-quality food
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
