An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a busy and dynamic maintenance and facilities team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting service delivery, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate information from operatives, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure all internal systems and databases are updated with relevant and accurate information.
Respond to emails and manage shared inboxes in a professional and timely manner.
Support management teams in planning and coordinating daily works schedules.
Allocate operatives and subcontractors based on skill set, availability, location, and job priority.
Monitor appointments and ensure works are completed efficiently while minimising travel time and downtime.
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and assist with compiling monthly performance reports.
Order materials and equipment as required.
Escalate issues and provide feedback to management where necessary.
Support the delivery of excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
Experience & Skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of scheduling, coordination, or administration processes.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance or trade environments would be advantageous.
Good geographical awareness and route-planning understanding.
Hours
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
