Preconstruction Manager – Structures/Enabling Works

Preconstruction Manager with Structures/Enabling Works experience required for an established C.London Contractor. The successful Preconstruction Manager will be working with a high performing pre-construction and bid team, tendering for projects in zones 1 & 2 in C.London. Preconstruction Managers will need to have experience of enabling works, subterranean construction, steel frame, façade retention, RC Frame, Demolition and other packages related to enabling woks. Preconstruction Manager with strong Civils experience in the area of C.London projects are desirable. Preconstruction Manager will be working closely with the Preconstruction Director. The Preconstruciton Manager will be working from the Caring Cross head office on a full time 5 days a week basis.

Preconstruction Manager will have the ability to progress to Preconstruction Director in a very short amount of time.

Preconstruction Manager – Key Skills

* Enabling Works/Civils project experience

* Strong background in tendering for projects in Zones 1 & 2

* Solid background delivering for sector leading brands

Preconstruction Manager – Salary & Benefits

* £100,000 - £120,000 (Negotiable for right candidate)

* All travel expenses paid
