Caritas Futures is partnering with a leading domestic abuse charity to recruit compassionate and experienced Refuge Workers in Harrow.

In a sector where skilled professionals are in high demand, this is an opportunity to join a respected service making a genuine difference to women, children, and families affected by domestic abuse.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting survivors within refuge accommodation
Completing risk and needs assessments
Developing safety and support plans
Working alongside partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
Providing practical and emotional support to clients rebuilding their lives

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting vulnerable adults or families
Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment
Domestic abuse, housing, homelessness, substance misuse, or related experience
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
