Aspire People are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic **Early Years Practitioner** to support within a welcoming early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.

The setting is looking for someone who can create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment while supporting children through play-based learning and early development activities.

**The Role:**
* Supporting children within Nursery and Preschool provision
* Assisting with early phonics, communication, numeracy, and social development
* Supporting learning through creative and play-based activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
* Assisting with observations and monitoring children's progress
* Working closely with teachers, nursery staff, and parents to support pupil development
* Supporting children with varying needs and abilities within the setting

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable)
* Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Warm, patient, and nurturing approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about supporting early childhood development
