A leading property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team covering the Wandsworth area.

Duties Include:
Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance works
General carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, and kitchen repairs
Basic plumbing works such as tap changes, toilet repairs, and pipework maintenance
Patch plastering, tiling, and decorating repairs
Completing maintenance tasks within occupied and void properties
Delivering high-quality customer service to residents
Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standardRequirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, social housing, or domestic repairs
Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry and plumbing
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Excellent customer service and communication skillsPackage:Up to £39,500 Salary
