Kitchen Bench Joiner role overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Bench Joiner to join our client's bespoke manufacturing team. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who takes pride in crafting high-end kitchens with precision and attention to detail.
Kitchen Bench Joiner Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
Use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools to craft high-quality pieces.
Work with premium materials such as solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards before installation.
Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.Kitchen Bench Joiner Criteria:
Experience in high-end kitchen or furniture joinery.
Expertise in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
Expertise in different joinery methods.
Ability to read and work from CAD drawings and cutting lists.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of craftsmanship.
Ability to create bespoke pieces or adaptations based on specific needs or design requests.
Knowledge of different wood species, finishes, and construction methods.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent understanding and awareness of Health & Safety
