Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

About the RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and skilled PCB Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior assembly experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble PCB products accurately in line with work instructions and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Work efficiently to meet takt time targets and production deadlines
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Keep work areas clean and organisedAbout You
Proven experience working as a PCB Assembler within a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and SOPs
Comfortable working to takt time and production targets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
A good team player with a positive attitude
