Location: Islington, London
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm)

We are working with a range of supportive and inclusive mainstream/SEN schools across Islington, looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join from September.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism and additional needs
Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents
Support pupils' social development, confidence, and independence
Requirements
Relevant experience or qualifications supporting children with Autism/SEN
A patient, caring, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to inclusive education
Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
Location: Islington, London
