The Opportunity As an Air Freight Operator, you'll play a key role in managing international air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing import and export air freight shipments from booking through to final delivery
Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, customs authorities, and customers
Preparing and processing all relevant shipping and customs documentation
Providing shipment updates and exceptional customer service to clients
Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving any issues
Ensuring all operational activities comply with industry regulations and company procedures
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers What We're Looking For:
Previous experience within Air Freight Operations
Strong understanding of import and export procedures
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience using freight forwarding systems would be advantageous What's On Offer? Salary & Rewards
