Assisting senior team members with day‑to‑day tasks in line with strict Health & Safety requirements

Completing required training and working safely across highways and rural environments

Carrying out visual inspections and reporting potential issues

Accurately completing documentation and supporting statutory reporting

Working alongside technicians, land agents, surveyors and contractors

Providing general on‑site support across a wide client portfolio

Helping monitor third‑party contractors to ensure compliance with client and HSE procedures

This role involves regular travel, field‑based work and occasional overnight stays. A company vehicle is provided.

What we offer

Discretionary bonus scheme

Company van

25 days holiday rising to 30 with service, plus your birthday off and additional festive leave

Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave

Employee Assistance Programme (including health appointments for you and your family)

Online savings and benefits portal

Death in Service cover

2 days paid volunteering leave (pro rata for part‑time)

What we're looking for

A strong team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

Eagerness to learn and develop

Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently

Practical, proactive mindset

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Confident communicator with good relationship‑building skills

Solid IT skills

Flexibility and willingness to travel

Why join us?

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive and forward‑thinking team working across a wide range of utility and infrastructure projects. We work hard, enjoy what we do, and offer plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and get involved in wider company activities.

If you enjoy being outdoors, want a role with variety, and like the idea of supporting essential national infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you
