A growing London-based construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to support the continued growth of its project management division. This Associate Director opportunity offers a blend of project leadership, client ownership and business development responsibilities.

The successful Associate Director will lead major commercial and private sector projects whilst helping to develop the team and expand client relationships. This Associate Director role is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate looking to take the next step into a strategic leadership position.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

Managing key client accounts
Driving business development
Supporting team growth and recruitment
Managing project performance and profitability
Mentoring project managers
Supporting business strategy
