Support Worker

Eastry & Aylesham, Kent

£25,845 per annum (pro rata)

Full time and part time hours available - covering various shifts; 7am – 2pm/4pm, 2pm-10pm, 12pm-4pm/10pm – NO NIGHTS.

Full UK Driving license required and access to own vehicle due to the nature of the role and location of our services.

We are seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals in Eastry and Aylesham with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, behaviours that challenge and pica. The staff team operates across both locations throughout the week. The individuals have access to their own mobility vehicles to facilitate daily community access; therefore, candidates must be willing to drive these vehicles.

No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.

Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.

Supporting the management of our people’s finances.

Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.

Providing, and encouraging, personal care.

And enjoying what you do!

Previous experience in social care is not essential. We provide a comprehensive range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to you, including the Health and Social Care Diploma, which will support your career progression.
