Analyst, Syndicate & Sales / Loan Distribution

A prestigious European Bank is seeking a dynamic team player to join its Asset Finance team.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the distribution and execution of asset finance transactions (project and transport finance) across primary and secondary loan markets

* Collaborating with origination teams on transactions structuring

* Assisting in the assessment of marketability and liquidity of the transaction, including preparation of syndication opinion in support of the credit application process

* Contributing to internal pricing analysis and distribution strategy discussions

* Maintaining transaction pipeline tracking and internal reporting

* Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials

* Supporting customer due diligence and on-boarding processes

Your experience must include:

* Proven experience in Syndicate & Sales / Loan Distribution is essential

* Solid understanding of loan structures and distribution dynamics

* Strong analysis skills gained within banking covering either project finance, infrastructure or transport finance

* Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

* Strong IT skills and familiarity with syndication related platforms e.g. Debtdomain

This role will be working hybrid - 2 days a week in the London office and 3 days remotely
