If you’re passionate about hardware, hands‑on fault finding, and becoming the go‑to expert for complex technical issues, this could be your next step. This role involves managing one of their products, supporting both customers and internal teams with troubleshooting, and staying at the forefront of industry advancements to advise on new product development.

This is a role suited to someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, getting stuck into hardware testing, and supporting a wide variety of technology used across transport and safety‑critical environments.

We may consider a recent electronics graduate for one of these positions.

What We’re Looking For

Required:
• Strong interest in hardware/electronics
• Confident troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Clear communicator comfortable supporting customers
• Keen to learn complex hardware systems
• Degree in electronics/engineering OR hands‑on practical experience (graduates accepted)

Desirable:
• CCTV, Cameras, networking or telematics experience
• Fault-finding across DVR/NVR/MDVR systems
• Experience with 4G/5G routers
• Familiarity with AI edge devices (Jetson, Hailo etc.)

Salary: £32k–£45k depending on level
