We are looking for an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineers to join our expanding team covering Berkshire and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial and residential sites.

The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems
* Installing split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
* Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Providing excellent customer service on-site
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards
* Accurately completing job reports and paperwork
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in air conditioning engineering
* F-Gas certification
* Experience with commercial and domestic AC systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable but not essential:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
* IPAF or PASMA certification
* Experience with ventilation systems
