What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes
* Working across different sections of the kitchen
* Assisting with formal dinners, conferences, banquets, and daily service
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Contributing ideas and creativity to menus and presentation
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment at Commis Chef or Junior CDP level
* A genuine passion for fresh food and hospitality
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential
* Willing and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
