Home based and travel required - Car Driver essential
Salary + uncapped commission
Our client are a growing solar and battery installation company focused very much on delivering quality systems, honest advice and strong aftercare. They take a professional, consultative approach to sales with the emphasis very much on customer experience at every stage.
This is a young business who have built solid foundations and are now looking for the right person to take ownership of sales with a huge opportunity to support the owners in driving the next phase of growth.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the ownership of converting enquiries into sales, managing the full journey from initial enquiry through to close and a clear internal handover to operations, ensuring full alignment on the system sold, customer expectations and any commitments made.
Working directly with the founders of the business, you will play a key role in driving revenue and shaping how the sales function develops as the business grows.
This is a high-ownership role very much focused on delivering results and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Run consultations with homeowners and site surveys (training provided)
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
Highly organised
Present and close deals professionally
Manage your diary and pipeline effectively
Maintain strong close rates and margin discipline
Contribute to improving the sales process over timeExperience required:
3+ years experience in a closing sales role
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Confident running the full sales process independently
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Commercially aware, understands value and margin
Comfortable contributing to video/content as part of the roleExperience in solar or energy would be advantageous but not essential
