Vivid's client in the West Midlands is currently looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a minimum of 6 months with the option to be extended depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a patch of properties across general needs housing
• Delivering tenancy management, estate inspections, and resident engagement
• Handling ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and complex casework
• Managing low-level arrears and supporting tenancy sustainment
• Working closely with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensuring excellent customer service and accurate case management
Requirements:
• Previous experience within social housing or local authority housing services
• Strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management
• Experience managing ASB and complex resident issues
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
