An established engineering contractor has secured a major London Underground contract and is looking for experienced Escalator Engineers to join their growing team across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Escalator Engineer seeking long-term work on a high-profile infrastructure contract with excellent earning potential, overtime opportunities and career stability.
Duties:
* Service, maintenance and repair of escalators on London Underground sites
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
* Fault finding, breakdown response and repairs
* Work across multiple stations throughout London
* Complete engineering paperwork and compliance documentation
* Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent
* Previous experience as an Escalator Engineer
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
* Experience within transport, rail or high-footfall environments beneficial
* Ability to work shifts including nights and weekends
* Full UK driving licence preferred
Package:
* £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary depending on experience
* Shift allowance
* Overtime available
* Pension
* Long-term London Underground contract
* Training and development opportunities
