This dedicated care service focuses on empowering individuals to maintain their independence while receiving the support they need with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Services Include:
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Assistance with washing, dressing, and bathing
• Meal preparation and cooking assistance
• Domestic support including shopping and laundry
• Hospital appointments and escorted outings
• Rapid response and assessment services
• Dementia and Parkinson’s support
• Post-operative rehabilitation and respite care
• Support for individuals with physical, sensory, and learning disabilities
• End-of-life and chronic illness care

The Role

An excellent opportunity is available for caring and dedicated individuals looking to make a genuine difference within the community.

The role involves supporting clients within their own homes, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence, safety, and well-being.

About You

• Must be a driver with your own vehicle
• Minimum 6 months’ experience within care
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
• Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
