We are currently recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Brent starting this September. The role will involve supporting students with a range of additional learning needs both within the classroom and through targeted interventions.

Key responsibilities:
• Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation

The ideal candidate will have:
• A graduate degree or relevant experience
• A patient, calm, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN
