About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a dedicated and skilled team at two newly opened children's homes. This is your chance to be part of a service committed to providing exceptional care and support to young people who have experienced trauma.
We're looking for individuals who are caring, resilient, and committed to making a lasting impact in young people's lives. In return, you will receive comprehensive training, strong support from experienced managers, and opportunities for career development within a growing service.
What We're Looking For:
While previous experience in a children's residential setting is preferred, it's not essential. We are most interested in candidates who demonstrate:
Patience, kindness, and empathy
Calmness under pressure
Problem-solving abilities
A good sense of humour
Initiative and drive

Requirements:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in residential childcare (1 year preferred)
