We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our team and play a key role in onboarding candidates and ensuring compliance standards are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within recruitment administration, compliance, and operations. No previous recruitment experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team by ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to start work with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboarding new candidates and guiding them through the registration process

* Obtaining and verifying candidate compliance documentation

* Conducting compliance checks in line with client requirements

* Obtaining and chasing employment references

* Checking and verifying Right to Work documentation

* Producing compliance packs for submission to clients

* Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases

* Supporting Recruitment Consultants with general administrative duties

* Ensuring all compliance processes are completed accurately and within agreed timescales

What We're Looking For

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment

* Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
