Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for your next challenge? Join a busy, professional team where you'll diagnose faults and complete repairs on a range of commercial vehicles. You'll also perform routine maintenance, servicing, and general repairs, while receiving ongoing training to expand your skills and knowledge of leading truck brands.

What You'll Earn

💰 Up to £60,000+ OTE per year

Base salary up to £42,000+ depending on experience

Shift payments for late shifts

Productivity bonus up to £6,000 per year (paid monthly)

Overtime available, including weekends and evenings at 1.5x

OTE based on 1 in 3 Saturdays (5 hours) plus approx. 5 hours overtime per week. More overtime is usually available.

Working Hours

Split shift rotation (40 hours/week)

Week 1: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)

Week 2: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)

Saturday rota: 1 in 3, flexible hours

What We're Looking For

HGV Manufacturer Accreditation to Diagnostic Technician level

Problem solver - proactively identifies solutions

Team player - works collaboratively to achieve goals

Organised, flexible, and safety-conscious

Open communicator, willing to take on a variety of tasks

Preferred (but not essential):

Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience (5+ years accepted)

Diagnostic accreditation from another manufacturer

LGV/HGV/PCV license

Roadside assistance or bus/coach experience

IRTEC accreditation (courses available)
